Jonah is starting to smile. He gave Ella a HUGE real smile on Monday as she sang to him… what a lovely moment.

He has also accepted that bathing and diaper changes are a part of life—he no longer screams during either. Being cold is still not acceptable…

Sleeping is getting better. But I think he is on a 48 hour schedule—we have a GREAT day followed by a GROUCHY day. Of course, any discernable pattern is quickly ignored by the little man. He loves to snuggle and responds to our voices. Amazing how much he has changed in just one month.

Ella is being a good big sister but is also having some adjustment issues. Nothing out of the ordinary—but a challenge for us all.

She is doing well at school and likes to pretend that she can spell everything. She is also enjoying making up names for everyday items and then asks us to pronounce the made up name after her!
